Hummingbird Cookies

I loved making these!

When I think of hummingbirds I always picture the pretty little purple and green ones, so I used this as my inspiration for the cookies.

Here's the result...

I'm hoping you can see the shimmer powder I added to mimic the radiant quality of the hummingbird feathers.

While I was researching the hummingbirds, I discovered so many different color variations - I can't wait to make these again and experiment with different color combinations.

Hope you enjoyed looking!

30th Birthday Cookies

I got to have some fun with these!  They are for a 30th birthday.

There are 3 different cookie styles that were chosen because they fit various aspects of the recipient's personality - sleep masks that say "Shhhh...", Rabbits and rounds with 30 on them.

Enjoy the pic!

Baby Shower Cookies

I have been wanting to do more onesies and got the chance recently for a baby shower.  I chose blue since it's the classic color for boys and added a candy ducky.  I wanted to add color to the beak and feet but it wasn't working out so I modified the plan a bit and kept the duckies simple - all yellow with some gold shimmer dust on them to highlight the design and add a little interest.

Here they are all packed up and ready to go!

Owls

I was asked to try a few different owl cookies recently.
I tried two different styles using the colors requested.

My favorite are the 1st set.  What do you think?

Liam!!

We finally got to meet our friends new baby, Liam, this weekend!

It was so fun getting together to see our friends, meet their baby boy, have some dinner and chat with good friends.

I made some cookies to take and had fun decorating each one a little differently.

It was a sweet end to a wonderful night!

Happy Birthday Ezri!

I was asked to make some cookies by a friend for her daughter's birthday party.  There will be a mix of boys and girls and the theme is Prince and Princesses.  I think it is a perfect way to celebrate turning 4!

I made the girl's cookies sparkly crowns (what else?!) and the boy's cookies are frogs with crowns.  Because every little girl knows when you kiss a frog he just might turn into a prince!

The cookies will be a treat for each child attending the party so each cookie is bagged and tied with a colored ribbon.

Hopefully everyone has a great time at the party and enjoys the cookies.

This first picture doesn't do the bright colors justice.

The pictures below show the cookies bagged and boxed show the colors much better.

Fluff Cookies

The picture isn't the best because I forgot my camera so I had to use my phone.  Oh well!  These were fun to make and I hope fun to eat!

Basketball Cookies

These were a request for a 5th grade girls basketball team heading to a tournament this weekend.
Each girl will get a bear with her jersey # on it and a basketball with her name.

Hopefully the team has good luck at the tournament!!  Here's a team photo:

And here are the bears with the basketballs.

Winter Celebration

I loved making these! What goes better together than snowflakes and mittens?!

Spa Cookies

These were done a while ago but I am finally able to get them online.

They were done to help a friend with her Arbonne business event at a local spa. They are sleep masks with "relax" written on them to help remind her guests to take time to do just that.  I added a little bit of sparkle dust to make them extra special.
